Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ

1. About Packages and Pricing
Q: What is included in the wedding packages?
A: Each package is carefully curated to provide an all-inclusive service so that you can enjoy your wedding in Japan with peace of mind. Typically, it includes support from professional costume stylists and wedding planners, a selection of wedding venues (such as shrines and churches), wedding attire (Japanese or Western style), professional hair and makeup, kimono dressing, photography by a professional photographer, on-the-day assistance, and necessary accessories for the ceremony. Please visit our website for detailed information on each plan.
Q: Are there any additional charges?
A: Our packages have a clear pricing structure and include all major costs that are likely to occur. However, special requests from clients (e.g., transportation arrangements for guests, specific decorations, special reception venues, additional video shooting, extra costume rentals, reception parties), or the need for an interpreter requested by the venue may incur additional charges. We will explain all costs with full transparency during the quotation process, so please rest assured.
Q: What are the payment methods and schedule?
A: A partial deposit is required upon contract signing, and the remaining balance should be paid at the time of the fitting session after you arrive in Japan. Credit card payment is also accepted. For more details, please contact us.
2. About Preparation and Procedures
Q: How long in advance should we prepare for the wedding?
A: It depends on your preferred content and timing, but we generally recommend starting preparations 6 to 12 months in advance. If you're aiming for a popular season or venue, it's best to inquire early. In particular, photographers tend to be booked up quickly during spring and autumn. If you are in a hurry, we may also be able to arrange everything on short notice, so please feel free to contact us.
Q: How do we prepare from overseas?
A: We mainly communicate via email to stay in close contact with you throughout the preparation process. We will provide detailed local information, photos, and videos so that you can feel at ease preparing even if you are not in Japan. Online meetings are also available if needed.

3. On the Wedding Day and
the Experience
Q: Is it okay if we don't speak Japanese?
A: Yes, please don’t worry. Our experienced costume stylists and wedding planners can communicate in English (either directly or via translation tools). For the ceremony, we will do our best to arrange an English-speaking pastor. You can enjoy Japanese culture and your wedding without language concerns.
Q: What happens if it rains on the wedding day?
A: For outdoor ceremonies, we will propose alternative indoor venues or backup plans in advance. We are always prepared with the best contingency plans to accommodate sudden weather changes. As for the photoshoot, we generally proceed even in the rain.
Q: What is the kimono dressing and hair/makeup process like?
A: Traditional Japanese wedding attire (such as shiromuku, iro-uchikake, montsuki hakama, etc.) is handled by experienced professional dressers. Hair and makeup are also done carefully by professional artists to match your facial features and chosen outfit. We can discuss your preferred styles in advance.
Q: What kind of locations are available for the photoshoot?
A: We offer a wide variety of attractive locations, such as historical shrines and temples in Kyoto, scenic spots with views of Mt. Fuji, and gardens where you can experience Japan’s seasonal beauty. We will select the best locations based on your preferences and vision to create unforgettable memories.
4. Others
Q: Can you accommodate specific allergies or dietary restrictions?
A: Yes, we can. Regarding meals at the reception, we will ask in advance if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions and propose a suitable menu. Please inform us of any details at the time of reservation.
Q: Is there support available on the wedding day?
A: Yes, your dedicated wedding planner will be there to support you throughout the ceremony and photo shoot. In case of health issues or emergencies, we will provide appropriate contact information and response plans to ensure your stay is safe and stress-free.
Q: Can you accommodate special requests not listed on your website?
A: Yes, we will do our best to fulfill your unique requests. For example, custom decorations based on specific themes, intimate receptions with small guest groups, or additional Japan-only experiences. Please feel free to share your dreams with us.
